The Beach Boys are currently on their Endless Summer Gold tour, playing their very biggest hits around the US.

The current touring line up of the band is led by ever-present Mike Love, with longtime member Bruce Johnston also on board.

The Beach Boys reveal how 'Pet Sounds' influenced one of The Beatles' biggest albums

The band is rounded out by a group of accomplished live players, while actor John Stamos – known for his roles in General Hospital and Full House – occasionally rocks up to play guitar and drums, including on this current 16-date jaunt.

And on one of the Beach Boys' biggest songs, Stamos got a helping hand from a very special guest player.

His six-year-old son Billy joined him on the sticks for a run through 'Good Vibrations'.

"Had a little help from my son BILLY on good vibrations last night - Wasn’t it nice!" said Stamos on Instagram.

While Mike Love and Bruce Johnston have toured as the Beach Boys, the band's main songwriter Brian Wilson has instead played under his own name, often backed by past Beach Boys including Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin.

Wilson played his last show in July 2022. He is believed to have now retired from touring, following the death of his wife Melinda in January 2024 and his own diagnosis with dementia soon afterwards.
